Birthday Parties

* Due to membership constraints, we will not be booking birthday parties this January through March *

  • To lock in the $100.00 per hour rate, teams must make a financial commitment to multi-week rentals

  • An advance deposit must be made on multi-week commitments
  • Included in this rental fee is meeting space off the field to have short meetings with 15 to 20 players before or after practice

  • All team members' parents of players under 18 must sign a liability waiver. Players 18 and over must also sign a liability waiver

  • Coach must sign release form if using equipment other than equipment supplied by The Hitting Center

  • Rentals must be paid in advance

  • Because of the large demand for team practices and a limited number of time slots for them, we recommend that coaches contact The Hitting Center to reserve practice time in October or early November
